What will my son be taught about Christianity?
Boys are taught biblical principles consistent with Trail Life USA and Grace Baptist Church. Teaching emphasizes knowing and following Christ and applies Scripture to character, leadership, service, relationships, responsibility, and everyday decisions.
Is Troop 4110 part of Grace Baptist Church?
Yes. Troop 4110 is a ministry of Grace Baptist Church of Santa Clarita. The troop meets on the GBC campus and its ministry is consistent with the church’s biblical convictions and Statement of Faith.
Is Troop 4110 a Christian organization?
Yes. Troop 4110 is an intentionally Christ-centered Trail Life USA troop and a ministry of Grace Baptist Church of Santa Clarita. Biblical truth is foundational to the program and shapes how we approach character, leadership, service, relationships, and adventure.
Why are there two separate fees?
One fee covers national Trail Life USA membership, while the local Troop 4110 fee supports the troop’s local program through Grace Baptist Church. They are collected separately because they go to different organizations.
What are the Troop 4110 annual dues?
For the 2026–2027 program year, the local Troop 4110 fee paid through Grace Baptist Church is $96 per boy. This is separate from the national Trail Life USA membership fee.
Where do we register?
There are two parts to registration: national Trail Life USA membership and local Troop 4110 registration through Grace Baptist Church. The Join Us page provides the current links; if you have trouble, contact a troop leader before submitting payment.
How do we join Troop 4110?
We recommend visiting a Thursday meeting first. When your family is ready to join, complete the applicable Trail Life USA membership registration and the local Troop 4110 registration through Grace Baptist Church. A troop leader can help you with both steps.
Do we have to attend Grace Baptist Church?
No. Families do not need to attend Grace Baptist Church to participate in Troop 4110. Troop 4110 is, however, a ministry of GBC and is intentionally Christ-centered.
