What is the October 31 age cutoff for Woodland Trails?

Woodland Trails levels use an October 31 age cutoff: Foxes are generally kindergarten–1st grade and 5 years old by October 31, Hawks are generally 2nd–3rd grade and 7 years old by October 31, and Mountain Lions are generally 4th–5th grade and 9 years old by October 31. Ask a leader if your son’s birthday is close to a cutoff.
