How are transportation and carpools handled?

Families are generally responsible for transportation to outside activities and campouts. Families are welcome to arrange carpools independently, and troop leaders may help coordinate communication, but transportation remains a family responsibility unless an event specifically states otherwise.

Yes. Mothers are welcome at many outside activities, service projects, Courts of Honor, special events, and the designated Family Campout. Some campouts are intentionally focused on Trailmen and fathers or other adult male figures.
