Where do I register with Grace Baptist Church?

Use the current Troop 4110 registration link provided on the Join Us page. For the 2026–2027 program year, local registration is handled through Grace Baptist Church’s Church Center registration.

Do we have to register every year?

Yes. Trail Life USA membership and the local troop registration are annual processes. Families should follow the current instructions each program year because fees, forms, and requirements may change.

Is financial assistance available?

Yes. Financial concerns should never be the reason a family cannot participate. Troop 4110 is a ministry of Grace Baptist Church, so if dues or other participation costs are a concern, talk privately with a troop leader so we can work with your family.

Are campouts included in annual dues?

No. Campouts have separate per-person costs, primarily for campsite fees and troop-provided meals. Families register and pay for each campout they attend.

What do troop dues pay for?

Local troop fees help support the operation of Troop 4110 and the resources needed for the local program. Specific event costs such as campsites, meals, rafting, or other paid activities are generally handled separately.

Why are there two separate fees?

One fee covers national Trail Life USA membership, while the local Troop 4110 fee supports the troop’s local program through Grace Baptist Church. They are collected separately because they go to different organizations.

What are the Troop 4110 annual dues?

For the 2026–2027 program year, the local Troop 4110 fee paid through Grace Baptist Church is $96 per boy. This is separate from the national Trail Life USA membership fee.

How much does it cost to join Troop 4110?

There are two primary annual costs for joining Troop 4110: the Trail Life USA membership fee and the local Troop 4110 fee paid through Grace Baptist Church.

For the 2026–2027 program year, the local Troop 4110 fee is $96 per boy. The Trail Life USA membership fee is $43 in 2026, paid separately during national registration.

Campouts and some special activities have additional costs. A typical Friday-through-Sunday campout generally costs approximately $25–$40 per person, primarily covering campsite fees and troop-provided meals. Activities with additional costs are communicated to families ahead of time.

Financial concerns should never prevent a family from participating in Troop 4110. If dues, uniforms, camping equipment, or activity costs are a concern, please speak privately with a troop leader. As a ministry of Grace Baptist Church, we will work with families to help make participation possible.
