How does advancement work in Woodland Trails?

Woodland Trails advancement is primarily participation-based and built around age-appropriate experiences with the patrol. Boys learn by doing, and regular participation gives them opportunities to complete the activities and requirements associated with advancement.

Why does Troop 4110 encourage fathers to participate?

Trail Life creates opportunities for fathers and sons to experience adventure, discipleship, service, and community together. We also believe boys benefit from relationships with multiple godly Christian men who can encourage, challenge, and model Christian manhood for them.
