Does our family have to sign a Statement of Faith?

Families are not required to sign Grace Baptist Church’s Statement of Faith simply for a boy to participate. Adults seeking Registered Adult roles have separate Trail Life USA membership and faith requirements.

What awards can boys earn?

Trail Life includes age-appropriate awards and advancement throughout the program. The specific awards available depend on a boy’s program level and completed requirements. Leaders and Trail Life Connect are the best sources for a boy’s current advancement details.

How does advancement work in Woodland Trails?

Woodland Trails advancement is primarily participation-based and built around age-appropriate experiences with the patrol. Boys learn by doing, and regular participation gives them opportunities to complete the activities and requirements associated with advancement.

Is there a minimum attendance requirement?

No minimum number of meetings is required simply to belong to Troop 4110. However, we encourage boys to attend as consistently as possible because meetings and events provide opportunities for skills, relationships, awards, and advancement.
