Who tracks service hours?

Older Trailmen are expected to track their own service hours and report them to troop leaders as required. This is part of the increasing responsibility and self-direction of the older-boy program.

How are achievements tracked?

Troop 4110 uses Trail Life Connect to track program advancement and achievements. Younger boys’ participation is generally recorded with leader support, while older boys take increasing responsibility for their own progress.
