Can parents stay and observe a meeting?
Yes, especially when your family is visiting the troop. We encourage you to meet leaders, see how the program works, and ask questions. Reaching out before your visit helps us make sure someone is available to welcome you.
Are regular Thursday meetings family events?
Families are always welcome to come in, particularly when visiting or when they need to speak with leaders. Regular meetings are primarily structured around the boys’ program, so it is helpful to reach out ahead of time when visiting so a leader can make time to meet you.
What is the annual Open House?
Each August, Troop 4110 holds an Open House for interested families. Parents can hear an overview of the program and ask questions while boys participate in activities and get a feel for the troop.
What should we expect at our first meeting?

Absolutely. Visiting a meeting is the best way to see whether Troop 4110 is a good fit for your son and family.
We generally meet Thursday evenings from 6:30–8:00 PM at the Timothy Center at Grace Baptist Church of Santa Clarita. Your son can experience a meeting while you meet our leaders, talk with other parents, and ask questions about the program.
We encourage families to reach out before visiting so our leaders know you're coming and can make time to meet you, but there is no obligation to join after your visit.
